CUSTOMER REFUND POLICY:

This website is owned and operated by Maureen Hayes T/as the Early Childhood Resources Market - ECEC Events Calendar- and will be referred to as “We”, “our” and “us” in this Internet Refund Policy. By using this site, you agree to the Refund Policy of this website (“the website, platform or ecec event calendar”), which is set out on this website page. The Refund Policy relates to the collection and use of personal and business information which you may supply to us through your conduct on the website.

ECRM provides the online platform only to form connections between event hosts/sellers and customers only, we do not any accept payments for events. 

  • Please refer to individual Event Host/Seller policies regarding their individual Event Refunds policies.
  • Each small business will have their own individual refund policies regarding events they hold, many are quite often non refundable due to the operational overhead expense in offering these events. We all have bills we have to pay as organisers - venues, guest speakers, catering etc.
  • All Sellers must comply to Australian laws as appropriate to the state and/or Territory they are located within.
  • Simple Change of mind refunds are not accepted however;
  • Event Organisers maybe required to provide refunds under certain circumstances as required by Australian legislation, please read each Event Organiser's Refund Policy thoroughly before committing to an event ticket purchase.
  • ECRM provides the online platform only to create connections between sellers and potential customers. 
  • ECRM is not liable for any refunds, this is entirely at the discretion and responsibility of the Host/Seller as per their Refund Policies

  • We strongly encourage all customers to ask your Event Organisers/Sellers as many questions as possible if you are unsure about any of the specific details of an event, prior to making and finalsing your booking.
  • Many of our sellers are extremely busy, please allow them a minimum of 5 business days for them to respond to your refund enquiry.
