All event information on our website has been provided by the Hosts/Sellers themselves.

• We have created a detailed search engine, enabling you to search via date, state, postcode, keyword, category or topic descriptions.
• All events listed on our calendar have been uploaded by the Host/seller.
• Please contact the individual event Hosts/Seller regarding your questions.
• There are Learn More links on each event, which take you directly to the event of the Host's website.
• Simply click on the button in the event Question for Host, and they will get back to you.
• You can never ask too many questions, especially when it comes to costing and cancellation terms.
• If you have a question, someone else might be thinking it too.

We have a couple of different ways for you to stay up to date with events:

• Subscribe to our website to receive email updates; or
• Sync our ECEC Events Calendar to your either work or personal calendar; or
• Print off events of interest
• You are also able to share events of interest directly to your social networks

Our website provides the online connection between Event Hosts/Sellers and potential customers. To book simply:

• Browse our ECEC Events Calendar, find an event that interests you.
• Read through the event details thoroughly, paying particular attention to cancellation and costing terms and condition.
• If you have any questions about the event, please ensure you contact the Event Hosts/Sellers prior to making payment.
• Click on the link within the event to be redirected to the Hosts/Sellers website to finalise your booking and make payment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All event payments are finalised on the event organiser/host's website.

• ECRM does not accept any event payments on our website from customers.
• Please ensure you have read the Hosts/Sellers policies and terms before making your final purchase.
• Each individual Host/Seller has the right to set their own payment methods, pricing structure, policies, terms and conditions.
• Please ensure you receive a confirmation of booking email or text, from the Host/Seller once you have finalised your event booking.

Simple change of mind cancellations are not accepted due to the financial overheads incurred by our Hosts/Sellers.

• Please refer to the individual Event Host/Sellers own Refund policies/terms and conditions.
• Each individual Event Host/Seller has the right to set their own Refund Policies and Terms;
• They must comply with all Australian laws and standards, and the state and/or territory they are located in.
• No event payments are accepted on our ECRM website platform from customers.

Our online platform is suitable for small businesses who offer educational, training and support services directly to early childhood education and care services in various settings - who align with the business ethos and ethics of the Early Childhood Resources Market.

We would love to see a focus on educator wellbeing, as well as ongoing education and care.

• We have now created a unique online platform, the ECEC Events Calendar, to bring early childhood professionals, families and communities together around Australia.
• There are no automated event listings on our website.
• We want to ensure that we align with like minded businesses who share our business ethos and aims.
• ECRM reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to either accept or decline an advertising application or business directory listing.

It couldn't be any easier. There are two options:

• Click on the Submit Event Button on the Calendar itself and complete the event form; or
• Jump to our website page List Your Event and lodge your event details etc. and submit your event.
• Once submitted correctly, you will receive an online pop up confirmation and an email confirmation receipt from ECRM, confirming receipt of your advertising request.

And that's it, your event has been submitted to ECRM for our approval. Next steps:

• ECRM will advise you of the outcome of your advertising application within 7 business days.
• Invoice you accordingly, if successful.
• Once payment has been received by ECRM, your event goes live on our ECEC Events Calendar and Business Directory (if you have selected this option).
• It's that simple.

• We are doing things a little differently to your standard advertising platform!
• Our subscription fee is $68.00 per Month, per business - T&C's apply
• Each monthly subscription includes up to 5 event listings per month.
• Additional events, simply purchase another monthly block.
• Access to our dedicated new social pages for Hosts to share their events to.
• Payment in full is required before any listings go live on our platform.
• The ECEC Events Calendar is not a free advertising platform.
• Your event listing stays live until your event date, then becomes archived on our platform as past events.
• Cancellations are only permitted under certain circumstances e.g. natural weather disasters. Please refer to our T&C's and Refunds policies.
• All the above pricing is in $AUD and is inclusive of GST.

We are creating a directory of Australian small businesses specialising in the area of Early Childhood Education and Care in Australia.

• Once your event has been approved and listed in our events calendar, you will be offered the opportunity to advertise your business in our Business Directory as well.
• The Directory shares general company information and also highlights how many events you current have running.
• Customers will be able to do a keyword search of the directory i.e. name, state, topic, area of expertise etc.

We are excited to see this grow over time as our calendar events increase.

The Business Directory introductory offer is exclusively available to new event advertisers on the ECEC Events Calendar Platform.
