By using this site, you agree to the Refund Policy of this website (“the website, platform or ecec event calendar”), which is set out on this website page. The Refund Policy relates to the collection and use of personal and business information which you may supply to us through your conduct on the website.

Please refer to individual Host/Seller policies regarding Event Refunds.
All Sellers must comply to Australian laws as appropriate to the state and/or Territory they are located within.
Simple Change of mind refunds are not accepted however;
Event Hosts/Sellers maybe required to provide refunds under certain circumstances as required by Australian legislation, however please read each Event Host's Refund Policy thoroughly before committing to a ticket purchase via their website.
Not all ticket sales are refundable or transferable, please ensure you read the terms and refund policy of each event before making a purchase.
